WOR-PRO Newsletter
The WordPress newsletter
with no subscriber limits
- Free at any list size — your list stays in WordPress
- Publish → automatic campaign → digest
- Korean and English admin, forms and confirmation mails
Set it once, it keeps sending
Publish a post and it goes out to the right subscribers automatically. You do not touch it each time.
Automatic sending on publish
When a post matches your category or type rules, the campaign goes out with it.
Scheduled digests
Weekly or monthly round-ups, collected and sent on the schedule you set.
Multilingual sending
Works with Polylang — each subscriber gets only the posts in their language.
How it compares to hosted newsletter services
Hosted newsletter services charge by list size — the bigger your list, the bigger the bill, and free plans cap how many people you can reach.
WOR-PRO Newsletter is free at any list size, and your subscribers stay in your own WordPress database.
- No subscriber limits — no extra cost as your list grows
- Your list lives in your WordPress database — it goes where your site goes
- Nothing locked — free for commercial use
- Three automatic sends — on publish, on a schedule, on confirmation
- Works with Polylang — each subscriber gets posts in their language
Where hosted services are better. A drag-and-drop mail editor and their own sending servers are stronger there. With WOR-PRO Newsletter you connect your own mail route (SMTP or a sending service). If that sounds like a chore, our hosting plans set it up for you.

Pro is included with our hosting
A WOR-PRO Lab hosting plan bundles the paid plugin licences.
- WOR-PRO Newsletter Pro — AI drafts, social auto-posting (Managed and up)
- Elementor Pro — $49/year bought separately
- Crocoblock full pack (23 Jet plugins) — $199/year bought separately
That is $248 a year in licences, included in the subscription — nothing extra to pay.
AI drafting runs on your own API key. We measured one post at about $0.05.

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free? Is there a subscriber limit?
Yes, it is free. There is no limit on subscribers or sends, and nothing is locked. Commercial use is fine.
Which languages does it support?
The admin screens, subscribe forms and confirmation mails come in Korean and English. On Polylang sites, each subscriber gets the posts in their own language.
How does the mail go out?
It uses the way your WordPress site already sends mail. For larger lists, connect an SMTP plugin or a sending service. The plugin checks how your mail actually leaves the site and tells you.
Can I bring my existing list?
Yes, import a CSV file. If the first row has an email column, name, status and language columns are read too, and addresses already on the list are skipped.
What does Pro add?
Every core newsletter feature is in the free plugin. Pro is a paid add-on with AI drafts and automatic social posting, and it is included with WOR-PRO managed hosting.
